Alatau Launches US$800 Million Iconic Mixed-Use Development

On 26 October, construction of the Iconic Complex began in Alatau, with total planned investment exceeding US$800 million. The development will include two towers measuring 272 and 78 metres, combining offices, residential units, a hotel, retail outlets and public spaces. Completion is scheduled for the end of 2029.
